You agree that:

Work cannot begin without an active MyFreeScoreNow account.

You will keep monitoring active during the entire program.

You will provide updated login access if needed.

You must provide a current 3-bureau report or allow us to retrieve it using your MyFreeScoreNow login.

You understand this access is required for accurate analysis and disputes.

Credit Building Participation

To maintain and improve your credit long-term, you agree to follow the building strategy provided, which may include:

Opening a secured credit card

Keeping utilization below 30%

Paying all accounts on time

Reporting rent/utilities

Following guidance given by McNeal Tax & Associates

By signing, you authorize McNeal Tax & Associates to:

Review all 3 credit bureau reports

Prepare and send dispute letters

Communicate with bureaus and creditors on your behalf

You acknowledge:

No results or score increases are guaranteed

All work follows your rights under the FCRA

Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide truthful information

Maintain active MyFreeScoreNow monitoring

Provide documents when requested

Avoid filing your own disputes while enrolled
